ADULT BARN AEROBICS
Low Impact - This portion of the program starts you off with a bit of bending and stretching over coffee and a.m. meetings. Activities include - feeding, watering, leading horses, occasional hay bale lifting. Potty Break...
Medium Impact - Once warmed up with yet another warm cup of coffee - potty break - and possibly another meeting, we ease you into the stalls to muck. This activity can sometimes be classified as a High Impact activity depending on what stall you choose.
High Impact - Lunch is served! Our "Super" Fred usually has tasty leftovers to munch on while yet another cup of coffee is savored. We are into the manure cart being dumped, water bucket scrubbing, cob web removal, isle way sweeping, training babies, lunging, and riding the horses. Summertime is hay baling time...get your gloves girls we are stacking hay on the wagon out in the field!
All in fun! Week days at the barn can be a great time for adults to get extra barn time, should you have a flexable schedule for work. Kids are in school, husbands are at work and our adults like the quiet time. We still have plenty of time evenings and weekends for those of you that have to work real jobs. Don't forget our Saturday trail ride!

This summer has brought us
Amanda, Rose, Charlotte, Pat and Kevin.
